Frame the problem
Clarify symptoms, scope, current state and missing evidence before drawing technical conclusions.
z/OS Agent Elephant is Tambition’s focused AI initiative for z/OS system-programming assistance. It brings current case evidence, authoritative technical documentation, targeted research and practical field experience into diagnostics and troubleshooting. Tambition’s Knowledge & Experience Learning Database is intended to support reuse of sanitized technical knowledge and generalized operational experience under provenance, privacy and human-governance controls. The initiative connects AI-supported z/OS consulting with the company’s broader AI for Enterprise Systems direction; it does not imply autonomous production operation or a service-level commitment.
Clarify symptoms, scope, current state and missing evidence before drawing technical conclusions.
Bring current case evidence, authoritative documentation and relevant research into a traceable diagnostic path.
Structure proposed actions, impact, approval, validation and fallback while execution remains under human control.
The scope reflects Tambition’s technical lineage and current assistance direction; it is not a completeness or certification claim.
Sanitized questions and current evidence enter the reasoning workflow first. Authoritative documentation, targeted research and the Knowledge & Experience Learning Database are consulted as appropriate. The response keeps evidence, uncertainty and safety controls visible, while reusable experience follows a separate governed path.
Tambition independently developed the database to capture, structure and reuse sanitized z/OS technical knowledge and generalized operational experience. It supplements—not replaces—current case evidence and authoritative technical sources.
Current case evidence and authoritative sources remain ahead of reusable database material. Source comparison, uncertainty and professional reasoning remain necessary.
Curated, retrievable source material with provenance and status. It remains attributable source material rather than silently becoming an experience claim.
Sanitized, generalized observations or recurring patterns derived from work. They are governed separately from customer-specific evidence and case data.
These levels indicate review strength, not certainty or automatic truth.
| State / role | Meaning | Authority boundary |
|---|---|---|
| CANDIDATE | New sanitized material or a newly observed pattern awaiting review. | Not treated as validated or reusable by default. |
| OBSERVED | A generalized observation supported by initial evidence. | Useful for review, but not yet an established pattern. |
| SUPPORTED | Additional cases or evidence strengthen the pattern. | Still bounded by provenance, human review and scope limits. |
| PUBLISHED | Reviewed material approved for governed reuse or publication. | Reuse and publication approval remain separate from GPT generation or observation. |
Do not submit credentials, personal information, customer-confidential material, proprietary source code or sensitive production details. Any reusable experience should be sanitized, generalized and governed separately before reuse.
Future work may explore deeper evidence workflows and controlled integrations, but only with explicit authorization, privacy treatment, access control and production-safety controls. No delivery date or availability is implied.
Tambition’s static website, ChatGPT platform processing, the Knowledge & Experience Learning Database and any future integrations are separate boundaries. The privacy page explains those distinctions and the expected submission limits.
Tambition and z/OS Agent Elephant are independent from IBM. IBM, z/OS, CICS, Db2 and other marks belong to their respective owners. Use of IBM documentation as technical evidence does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
